The Salvation Army Support in Public Housing program, known as Melrose Street because of its location, assists older people living on the North Melbourne Public Housing Estate.
Services include:

- Crisis Support
- Tailored brief interventions
- Advocacy and referral
- Community activities
- Chaplaincy
Services are accessible and culturally sensitive to diverse client and community groups
Free Street Parking is available, as signed, in surrounding streets such as Alfred & Melrose streets.
